Beverly Hills, CA–  After almost 7 years of planning, Spaghettini & The Dave Koz Lounge is opening its doors today in Beverly Hills. Spaghettini is a collaboration between Cary Hardwick and Laurie Sisneros who are partners and owners of Spaghettini in Seal Beach and Grammy nominated saxophonist Dave Koz. This month, diners can expect to be entertained by world-class performers Eric Benet, Michael Lington, Gerald Albright Music, Kenny Lattimore and many more.

Executive Chef Scott Howard uses the finest local ingredients to create menu offerings of appetizers, salads and pastas from the ocean and land that reflect seasonal changes.  Staged in an elegant setting, Spaghettini diners can enjoy Californian inspired culinary treats with an Italian base such as Spaghettini with saffron, Dungeness crab, shrimp, Santa Barbara uni, fennel pollen, and nasturtiums; Maine Scallop Crudo with fennel pollen, Santa Barbara uni, yuzu, and sesame; Salsify Oyster Stew with Hama Hama oysters, parsley oil, and rye crackers; and Harvey’s Guss NY Strip with smoked gouda orzo mac and cheese, endive, and red wine jus.

For guests who are interested in catching a show, the restaurant suggests making dinner reservations at or after 8:30pm, so that you can enjoy an all-encompassing experience.   Once you have purchased your table(s) or seats at the bar, a Spaghettini & The Dave Koz Lounge team member will contact you to suggest & establish your reservation time.
