Napa Valley, CA– As of November 1, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse has made available to a few lucky oenophiles Forty-Six Diamonds, a limited-edition, premium boutique wine.
The wine is a Bordeaux-style blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Petit Verdot, sourced from the Hardester Ranch Vineyard in Napa’s Pope Valley, with 12% each of Merlot and Syrah from Hall’s Napa River Ranch Vineyard. The private label is a collaboration between Fleming’s Wine Director Maeve Pesquera and Hall Winery’s director of Winemaking Steve Leveque and is available in limited quantities in each of Fleming’s 64 locations. Beverly Hills looks forward to being Fleming’s newest location!
According to Hall Winery’s winemaker Steve Leveque, Forty-Six Diamonds is “a velvety Cab blend with rich and opulent aromas of black cherry, spice, and toasty oak. The full red fruit palate is vivid and focused and gives way to supple tannins and a long, balanced finish.”
